Beyond dryer parts, our machine shop supports the rest of the plywood plant — plug-up detection systems and lathe/charger components and rebuilds.
We designed the original plug-up detector that’s standard equipment on most new dryers. The updated control panel uses microprocessor-based controls. The system still uses the original brackets and insulators inside the dryer, and we keep all of these in stock to keep your unit running.

We’ve helped develop X-Y chargers and made most of the roller nose bars in use today. We always have core-drive rolls underway in the shop, and we’re ready to rebuild rolls or entire drive units. Our in-house hydraulic experts can improve performance and reliability.
