Northwest Dryer stocks gudgeons for feed section, top idle, bottom idle, and drive-side rolls, sized to fit Coe M62 and M72 dryers as well as general veneer dryer applications. Standard cast iron gudgeons are stocked for same-day shipping; steel versions and fully custom gudgeons are made to order.
Gudgeons can be made to your specifications from an existing cast iron blank or from steel. Download the Gudgeon Worksheet, fill in your stem and bell dimensions and keyseat info directly on the drawing, and upload it with your quote request. Standard dryer rolls are 3-3/4″ O.D. x 15’0″ long with a 12-gauge wall thickness, cut to any length; gudgeons can be installed at our facility and shipped to you ready to install.
