Description

Creates an airtight board dryer end seal without the plug-up problems associated with mechanical pinch rolls. Can be used on the wet or dry end of the dryer, and installed as a double seal where an extra-tight air seal is needed. A Kevlar wear strip is sewn to the leading edge for added protection, and the high-temperature-rated silicone blade can be swapped out in under 4 hours per complete set — reducing energy use by 5–20%. Retrofits to Coe, Moore, Flakt, BSH, and USG dryers.
